Join us for an overview of the Partial Notice to Proceed (PNTP) and Full Notice to Proceed (NTP) processes, including when each may be issued and the activities they authorize. Grantees will learn about the required steps and documentation needed before a PNTP or NTP can be issued, the importance of completing pre-award requirements, and the restrictions on incurring project costs prior to receiving NBRC authorization.
