NBRC Reimbursement Process Change

A change is coming to NBRC's reimbursement process effective Tuesday, September 2, 2025. This change only applies to grantees who have an open award.

To mitigate cyber security risk, we will now require all current grantees to enable banking through SAM.gov in order to process reimbursement requests.

Please take steps to verify your SAM.gov registration and update or add banking details as soon as possible. Once you've updated your information, it will take 3-5 business days for the changes to take effect. Please email admin@nbrc.gov to inform us that you have initiated this update.

If your entity has a pending reimbursement, we will reach out to the project’s Authorized Official by phone to confirm specific project-related information to finalize the request.
