Governor Mills is represented on the NBRC by her chosen Alternate, Heather Johnson, Commissioner of the Department of Economic and Community Development.  The Alternate assigns most NBRC partnership duties to Charlotte Mace, NBRC Program Manager at the Maine Department of Economic and Community Development.

Entities interested in NBRC funding are strongly encouraged to contact Ms. Mace about their projects in advance of submitting Letters of Interest or applications. Ms. Mace can be reached by email at BizAwards.DECD@maine.gov.

The WORC Initiative is administered exclusively between the Department of Labor and NBRC. State Program Managers are not the primary support for applicants to the WORC program. Interested applicants are invited to submit questions to NBRC’s technical assistance provider, Chamberlin/Dunn at mc@chamberlindunn.com or nd@chamberlindunn.com.
